Buffing of cosmetic parts
RT is having capability of buffing of all types of cosmetic parts to remove discolorations such as ageing due to sunlight. This reduces the cost and wastage of having to use new plastics.

Ultrasonic Cleaning
We have latest ultrasonic cleaning facility to ensure the cleaning of all types of cosmetic and plastic parts .Advantage of ultrasonic cleaning is to ensure proper cleaning of those parts where physical cleaning does not reach. It gives equal to new look of the cosmetics parts.

Packaging
Packing are designed as per local conditions.

• Monitors may be returned in their original packaging
• New boxes may be used and filled with a self moulding foam
• Polystyrene inserts designed to the original manufacturers specifications may be used
• A specially designed re-usable packaging has been developed which may be used up to 8 times and is not model specific. This delivers low life time costs and is an environmentally friendly solution.
